Social stressors
succeeding to change
biological chemistry,
which in turn
affects psychologically.
How do you win
when you cannot swim
in the confusion of noise
and racing thoughts?
It's Overload.
The brain and the body
conspire together
persuading each nervous system
and preparing every cell
for an extreme shutdown.
How do you do it
and get everything done,
when the body is weak
and the mind not so numb?

Chemically imbalanced.
Too much external stimuli,
socially isolating on purpose,
to protect what's left over;
remain free from psychological disaster.
How do you cope
when you cannot breathe
and you can't seem to find
that panic-related kind of relief?
