Franken-Folio!

About:

For the Spring 2012 publication, Folio issued a creative challenge to any willing SLCC artists: Stitch together a new kind of art-monster from a small pool of (copyright released/free) content.

These were the instructions:

  1. Obtain the approved remix-content.
  2. Rearrange or mix up the selected work [“content”] (which includes pieces of writing, photographs, visual art, music, and videos, etc)
  3. Submit your finished remix/piece by email to folioslcc@gmail.com.

The only rules were these:

  1. Only approved content should be remixed
  2. Any additions to this content should be entirely original (i.e. created by you, the remixer)
